Order Processing times
Our regular orders are processed within 1-2 business days and our specialty or custom orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping times
We ship from our warehouses located in Canada. We currently ship to both Canada and the United States with plans to expand to new countries in 2023!
- Orders shipping within Canada will arrive within 3-6 business days.
- Orders shipping internationally to the United States will arrive within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs
- Orders shipping to an address in Canada are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and the total weight of products in your order.
- Orders shipping to an address in the United States will have international rates calculated depending on location and the total weight of products in your order.
- Currently we are working on a specific order amount in which you the customer will be granted free shipping.
Local pickup
We currently do not offer free pickup.
